SPARTAN CORE
This is my specialized core conditioning program designed to rock your body. From your abs to lower back this will strengthen & stabilize your core. Spartan Core is a 30 minute workout.

GROUP TRAINING
Hate working out alone? I offer group training for up to 5 of your closet friends. This program is run similar to a boot camp. The more friends the more you save!


5K/Half-Marathon/Marathon Training
Running a race? Let me help you! I specialize in endurance fitness and can help train you for your next 5k, Half-Marathon/Marathon. This training is an active outdoor program that takes place on various trails/path around Fort Collins.

TRIALS OF ACHILLES (Advance fitness levels only)
I designed this workout to be as hard as possible. This is not for the faint at heart.
2 weeks- 36 workouts, yep. This 3x per day ultra endurance workout is designed to take your body to the limit. Run, bike, push/pull-ups. Sounds simple, until it begins.
