Taylor, I have great reviews of you as a trainer. You took a 53 year old woman that was recovering from 3 major illnesses. I had lost a lot of muscle and had very little strength. I couldn't even do one push up. I have lost fat and have gained strength! As a trainer you are a pro in teaching form and technics. I did 10 push-ups today!!! Yay! My goal was one! You had me dead lifting! Never in a million years did I think I could have ever had done that! Technic and building skill and confidence you have mastered!

"There is nothing impossible to him that will try" -Alexander the Great This was the first thing Taylor said to me prior to our training; 3 months later I am still repeating this to myself. From training with Taylor I lost 8% body fat (23%-15%), all of the extra fun that comes from lack of nutrition and a bad pregnancy , my fear of weight training, and more importantly all of my excuses. However, what I lost was nothing in comparison to what I have gained. Through Taylor's pool of endless knowledge I gained muscle, true strength, Olympic lifting skills, advanced kettle bell technique, dynamic circuits , confidence , health, and happiness (the list goes on and on) . Oh, and lets not forget my new found love ABS! * Taylor has better abs than Jesus* (just saying)* Taylor's training style is a little different than others. From my experience, most trainers create the workout, walk you through their workout, and keep the workout. This method ensures client return and limits the expansion of the individual. While training with Taylor he would always ask me to explain WHY we were doing something WHERE I could feel it and at the end HOW I could improve for next time. What separates Taylor from other trainers is his love for helping, supporting, guiding and succeeding. If as his client you have any concerns, he will make it his priority to put those to rest by BACKING up his knowledge , providing videos for further at home instruction and has no problem demonstrating technique. Also, If you are looking for an easy way out.. Taylor is not your guy. He has built himself, his reputation, and his client base off of pure sweat and determination. However, Taylor is hands down the MOST caring, generous and wholesome individual I have had the pleasure of meeting. My original three months with Taylor has recently come to an end but as I have told him I will never trust another trainer and will follow his teachings wherever he chooses to go. Taylor has an amazing understanding of the fundamentals of Russian kettlebells. He knows how to train you from the beginning so you understand the basics and can build up. he takes you on the journey to know how to use kettlebells so that you can work on your own when need be. I truly feel he takes part of the journey with me and it's all so humble in his own journey in learning the kettlebells. He will do what is necessary and take care of you for you to have the best results that you need. I feel privileged to call him my trainer. I would recommend them to anybody higher than possible you will be a better person for it.

I had the great honor of having him as a trainer. This guy knows what he's talking about and isn't pushy. He has a great demeanor, and fun to be around and just a nice guy. His passion for fitness is palpable. If you have the chance to work out with him, I would. He really listens to what his clients have to say. He also does a great job of easing you into a routine, and the programs he creates gives you just enough challenge.

I was always a runner but after having twins I knew I needed a body tune up or even re boot. Taylor was the perfect instructor for me. He not only showed me demonstrations but he also added in corrections when needed. I never felt like I exerted my self to much or left injured. On the contrary I felt more confident at the end of every session. Through his knowledge and sense of humor he made the time fly. Not only did I learn about amazing the amazing world of the kettlebell I also lost an inch and a half off my waist in 4 weeks! Boom!
