Private Training ( 1-on-1)
Whether you are looking to improve performance, look better, move better, or feel better our individualized training programs will deliver RESULTS. The most important component of an exercise program is that it is specific to your goals, needs, and wants. In a 1-on-1 enviroment you recieve the most comprehensive instruction available.
This includes: Body Measurements, Functional Movement Screening, Strength Assessments, Nutrition Habit Coaching and a Personalized Exercise Program.
Private training is also the perfect enviroment to sharpen skills before moving into small or large group training sessions.

Semi-Private Training (Up to 4)
Similar to Private Training, you get to work alongside a small motivated team of people. In semi-private training individual levels and goals are still top priority during the sessions. Unlike most group classes which are a random series of non-related workouts our group training still runs to a pre-set plan to get you in better shape week after week -All levels welcome!
Most of our training we offer is small group training.

Functional Movement Screening

The number one goal we should all have with an exercise program is to prevent injury.
The main benefits for getting a screen include:

Implementing a corrective exercise strategy to improve or normalize functional movement patterns.

Cycling Sport Performance
I am an expert in cycling. I trained at the Olympic Training Center with USA Cycling. Also during my collegiate years raced for Colorado State Univeristy. In 2012 I worked in Perth, Australia at the Western Australian Insitute of Sport training world class cyclists. During this time I had the opportunity to work with more than two current world champions.
I offer elite level coaching for all cycling levels ranging from Juniors to Masters. I have experience in Road, Track, and Mountain Bike Racing. Online coaching programs are available as well as hands on sessions on the bike.
